Angels at Work - Animal-assisted programs for kindergartens/school

Therapy dog Angel works in schools and kindergartens to help in introducing animals to children. Angel has worked at Stepping Stones Kindergarten and Tree House Playgroup and Nursery where she helps to educate children on how interact with animals and play with them.

  American School

Therapy dog Angel is a regular visitor at the American School of Bombay. She has worked with the Second and Fifth Graders as well as the early childhood class children to help them understand how animals can be used positively for human betterment. Her co therapists Rohini and Radhika also presented slide shows to the students about how animals enhance our lives and how to care for and take responsibility for them.

 Tree House Playgroup and Nursery

The Tree House Play Group and Nursery children love their four legged teacher Angel who teaches them how to be gentle and kind to animals. Angel visits their centers in Khar, Matunga, Andheri and Mulund where the children enjoy playing ball with her and learning about how to groom her and feed her. For these tiny tots the best part is when they get to hug her and cuddle up close to her.
