Angels at Work - S.P.J. Sadhana School

S.P.J.Sadhana School situated in South Mumbai is a special school for children with developmental disorders. Therapy dog Bruno worked here on a one year project in individual and group sessions.

The children found it easy to relate to Bruno who helped them learn non-aggressive voice tones, appropriate eye contact, and proper techniques for sharing and playing. Through interacting with Bruno they increased their social behaviors, decreased stereotypical behaviors (i.e. hand-flapping), and decreased self-absorption.
